St. Clair Pet hospital is a full service small animal practice.  We have recently expanded the facility to provide luxury boarding and professional grooming.

Dr. Mitchel A. Oltman D.V.M.
Dr. Oltman is a 1978 graduate of the University of Missouri where he received his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (D.V.M.) Degree.  He was a general practitioner in the Jefferson county area for 5 1/2 years before becoming the sole owner of the St. Clair Veterinary Clinic in 1984.  After 22 years at the same location, Dr. Oltman designed and built a new facility to offer more services to the community.
